The Rivers State police command have rescued a three-year-old boy kidnappers abducted last week.Three suspects were arrested in the process.

Ahmad Kidaya Muhammad, the Rivers State Police Command Public Relations Officer, said operatives tracked and stormed the kidnappers’ hideout located at Rumuodogu II, Port Harcourt where the child (name withheld) was kept.

Two suspected kidnappers, named as Ben Elenwo and Ogele Akiyo, were arrested with little resistance at the hideout, which led to the subsequent arrest of their alleged accomplice, Ibezin Isih at another location.
Muhammad said State Commissioner of Police, Dan Bature, had handed the child over to the father.
