See These Food and Breakfast Secrets

If you don’t eat breakfast regularly, then you've probably heard that you should get used to eating breakfast every day. "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!" is the desperate cry of parents everywhere.

Dieticians agree that Eating breakfast gives you the energy you need to start your morning. Skipping it leads to overeating and bad food choices later in the day, which can mean weight gain and an overall decline in health. Without breakfast, the thinking goes, you're lethargic and increasingly hungry in the morning — and by lunch you're ready to chow down on one big burger or shawarma and an supersize orobo Coke.

See This Natural Viagra For Men And Women..

ASPERAGUS is also called natures Viagra!
You may want to consider adding asparagus to your next date night menu: the veggie is a natural aphrodisiac thanks to vitamin B6 and folate, which can help boost feelings of arousal. Plus, vitamin E that stimulates sex hormones, including estrogen in women and testosterone in men...(oya lets go! Lol)

It contains high levels of the amino acid asparagine, which serves as a natural diuretic, and increased urination not only releases fluid but helps rid the body of excess salts. This is especially beneficial for people who suffer from edema (an accumulation of fluids in the body's tissues) and those who have high blood pressure or other heart-related diseases.

Reflections:Can You Recognize The Suprises in Your Life?

I’m thinking about those moments when life is moving along smoothly, it looks like you have a good view of where things are headed, you’re making progress … and then all of a sudden, surprise! A total about-face happens. Something that forces you to change and pushes you in a different direction. A complete game changer.
I find those “surprise” moments kind of scary. Having no control over a situation feels like a free fall. Not my thing. It’s at those times when my best-laid plans are strewn around me like worthless debris, and I hear in my head the words, “Man proposes but God disposes.”
I have the choice to just “go with it” or try to force and steer things back to my cherished plans. Really, it’s not so much of a choice as it is a mental attitude. Half the time, the outcome is obvious, and holding on to my plans is clearly only going to prolong the inevitable. Still, it’s hard to let go.

A woman named a Time magazine person of the year in 2014 for her frontline work fighting Ebola in west Africa has died from childbirth complications in Liberia. Hospital staff  were reluctant to treat her because of the stigma that still surrounds the disease, according to her family.

Salomé Karwah lost her parents, her brother, aunts, uncles, cousins and a niece in the Ebola outbreak that swept her home country in August 2014. She also contracted the disease, but survived, along with her sister, Josephine Manley, and her then-fiance, who was to become her husband, James Harris.

This Weird Looking Stone Was Removed From a Man's Bladder

This weird looking bladder stone was removed from a man.
Bladder stones form when the bladder isn't fully emptied and according to a paper in the journal Obstetrics and Gynaecology, men account for 95% of all cases. While some men won't have any symptoms, their stones are discovered during an X-ray or scan for another medical condition, others will suffer pain in the bladder area, blood in the urine, cloudy urine or difficulty passing it.

You may pass out bladder stones that are smaller than 1cm via urine. But bigger stones such as this one, which is 4cm by 4cm, need surgery.

Reflections: I am Unique- Are you?

Do you know who the happiest people are?—Those who just
accept themselves the way they are, who learn to be happy with
what they have and not care what others think. Struggling to live up
to ideals that you think are expected of you by your peers puts a real
weight on you, but there’s freedom in just being what you are and
who you are.
