Reflections:Getting Older Is A Privilage

There is always a lot to be thankful for, if you take the time to look. For example, I’m sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don’t hurt.

Do not regret growing older.  It is a privilege denied to many.

Reflections:Long-Term Thinking

When I became a mom, I got lots of advice on how to love my child. But not until a few years ago did someone actually point out that loving a child means wanting what’s best for them long-term. When my four daughters were young, long-term didn’t resonate with me. Back then it was about survival, meeting daily needs and keeping my head above water.
Now that my kids are maturing, however, the fog is lifting. I’m no longer surviving, but rather I am a thriving parent. The perk of this stage is that my kids want to spend time with me. We have real conversations that reveal their beautiful personalities.

More Great Benefits Are:

A handful of dates, when soaked in fresh goat’s milk or coconut milk for the night and then grinded in the same milk with the mixture of cardamom powder and honey, becomes a very useful tonic for increasing sex endurance and sterility due to functional disorders.

Reflections: Build your faith and let miracles happen

We all need to have faith.
Having faith in yourself is a combination of confidence in God and His infallibility, and faith to act on that confidence.

It requires humility to acknowledge your inability, and at the same time to acknowledge God's ability to do anything through you.

Carrot is a wonderful vegetable/tuber/ that can give you your daily requirement of Vitamin A and many other important nutrients that are required for good health. Make it a point to have a carrot every day, plain or mixed with any other vegetable or fruit juice.
Raw carrot juice lowers stress and restores normalcy to digestive function.

Reflections:You Need Rest To Do Your Best

Do not run through life so fast that you forget not only where you have been, but also where you are going.
Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored each step of the way.
People are a lot like batteries; they need rest, they need recharging, and they can’t stand too much draining. You’ve got to take care of yourself.
Proper diet, proper exercise, proper rest, and proper living will keep almost anyone healthy.
