This vibrant and colorful veggie if consumed daily, would definitely add color to our life.
If you rub a slice of this on to the lips, the purple color would stay for so long that we don’t have to worry about re-applying..Lol

It might come as a surprise to many, but beets come from the same botanic family as spinach. Although most of us are familiar with the red beetroot, it can be found in different colors. Besides the familiar red ones, there are also white, orange and golden beetroots.
One of the non-harmful side effects of drinking beetroot juice is the effect it may have on your stool and urine. Be prepared as it may turn red.
