Why skip breakfast?? My health gist

          
I don't like skipping my breakfast, I try as much as I can to do breakfast before starting up my day's activities, yes my work schedule can be so hectic but I try to balance it by making sure am not drained out. Nuts (almond, peanuts, cashew) are always my companion, not to forget, plenty of water drinking help me too. A friend of mine said she hates drinking water, so I advised her to add a little lemon to her water to give her that soothing taste she prefers..Lol, It is better than not drinking water at all.

Yes, It's true...I'm also trying to understand it too.
Biafran Embassy has officially opened in Victoria, Spain. It is the first official opening of one the three embassies currently functioning around the world, the others are in Los Angeles, USA and Moscow in Russia.
  
 “It is another milestone in our drive towards Biafra’s restoration,” said a Radio Biafra broadcast from London monitored in Lagos by News Express.
The embassy, set up by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), was opened on Saturday, Feb. 28, by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Director of Radio Biafra, London.
   
An elated Mazi Kanu yesterday expressed gratitude to God for the success of the event, writing on his Facebook page:
 “To the most gracious almighty Chukwu Abhiama do we owe all that we are for this journey mercy granted to all hard core Biafrans that attended IPOB mission opening ceremony in Vitoria Basque Country in Spain. Magnificent and merciful creator of the universe, even if we worshipped you from now till eternity we still would not be able to repay you for the grace you have shown we Indigenous People of Biafra for guiding us back to our respective destinations. For those we left behind please guide them to their families in safety that in the end as always all honour and glory will be yours and yours alone because only you is worthy of praise. Your children have asked me to come to Amsterdam Netherlands from where your redeeming gospel of restoration will be preached tonight to the hearing of humanity. Abide with us Heavenly Father as you have always done for we are nothing without you. This family here shall find peace as they all desire that indeed your kingdom Biafra may come on this earth as it is heaven…..Iseee!”

NCAA wants trackers installed on all domestic airlines in Nigeria

               
The recent air mishaps around the world especially the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 early last year which whereabouts is unknown almost a year after are one of the reasons that have prompted the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to make it compulsory for every airline operating in Nigeria to install in its fleet tracking equipment that will capture the movement of the aircraft and relay it to the regulatory body.

Tell your supporters to stop killing policemen - NHRC

The National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, has called on the presidential candidates of the two dominant parties in the country, President Goodluck Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and General Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress, APC, to call their supporters to order to stop the killing of innocent Nigerians and Policemen.
The call was made by the Chairman of the governing council of NHRC, Dr. Chidi Anselem Odinkalu, who said that about 28 policemen were killed in politically motivated violence in February alone.
Odinkalu disclosed this when the Ekiti State Government and the state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party‎, PDP, visited NHRC to respond to accusations by the All Progressives Congress, APC, that the State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, was sponsoring the killings of its members in the State, assuring that the commission will dispassionately look into the petition.

Gov. Amaechi Swears In New Council Chairmen

             
Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers state  has sworn-in 21 new local government council chairmen in the state.
The council chairmen were sworn-in yesterday at Government House in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
Some of the council chairmen include – Udi Udom of Abua/Odual, Chief Kassidy Ikegbidi for Ahoada-East, Esuku N. Esuku for Andoni, Orji Ngofa for Eleme, Nweke Felix for Oyigbo local government area, Ojukaye Flagg-Amachree for Asari-Toru.

Dallas Nurse, Ebola Survivor Want To Sue Texas Hospital Over Neglect And Use Of Experimental Drugs

     
The Dallas Nurse, Nina Pham who was cured of the deadly Ebola disease in the United States, in October, says that she will file suit against her employer, claiming the hospital where she worked and its parent company failed her and other employees as they dealt with the first diagnosed case of Ebola on US soil.

NAFDAC arrest Indian man in PH over importation of fake goods

                  
The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control  (NAFDAC) has arrested one Mr Prakash Mohinani, an Indian national for importing and distributing fake and unregistered regulated products into Nigeria.
This is sequel to a special raid and enforcement operation in some markets and locations in Port- Harcourt, Rivers State, by the Investigation and Enforcement Directorate of the agency from Lagos.
Addressing journalists after the exercise,  the leader of the team, Mr Folorunso Idowu, a Chief Regulatory Officer, said that Prakarsh Mohinani was arrested with several cartons of unregistered confectionery worth millions of naira, following  a tip-off from Port Harcourt.
Idowu stressed that the confectionery arrested along with the Indian included products such as Maliange, mushroom pieces and stems used as spices for delicacies such as fried and jollof rice, among others.
